Came and repaired our gas oven.  Time from “huh the oven isn’t working” to “gosh, they’ve fixed it” was -6 hours.  Previous repairs with other providers have lingered into weeks of waiting for initial appointments.  Personnel were professional prompt and quick, and I’ll totally do business with them again.  Costs were right around the initial estimate, and we’ve already started baking in the oven.
